Explanation:

Article 60 of the Limitation Act, 1963, provides a period of three years for a suit to set aside a transfer of property made by the guardian of a ward, by the ward who has attained majority, from the date when the ward attains majority. For other suits by a minor after attaining majority, Section 6 of the Limitation Act provides that the period of limitation will be computed from the date of cessation of disability, subject to a maximum extension of three years from the normal period. For cancellation of a document, the general period is 3 years (Article 59).
